SW Slating & Tiling offer delivery services to UK Mainland destinations only (excluding Highlands & off shore Islands).
Free delivery on for orders over £50.00 ex.VAT. For orders under £50.00 ex.VAT a £4.99 delivery charge is applied
Orders that are received before 12pm Mon – Fri will usually be dispatched that day but can take up to 24 hours depending on the volumes of orders received.
In some cases, orders may take longer than this to dispatch as some items on our website are held at the supplier's warehouse.
In most cases, you will receive your order within 2 - 3 working days of placing the order.
Returns and Refunds
All purchases are subject to 14-day money-back guarantee from when good are received. The product must be in an original and resalable condition and its full original packing, unless there is a legitimate reason as to why you're returning the item such as a manufacturer's fault.
We will not accept any returns outside of these dates.
Unwanted items must be sent back to us at your cost, we'll also deduct our postage costs from your refund.
All returned goods will incur a minimum 25% restocking charge on the cost of the goods unless the product is faulty.
